Nema Semnani is the founder and president of Precision Sales Consulting, which is a licensed Sandler Training Company dedicated to helping individuals and companies drive revenue and profitability through scalable sales training, management training, coaching, and process development. Nema has spent his career driving sales, management, and process implementation for Fortune 500 companies, as well as, developing sales processes, sales training programs, building sales teams, and leading business development for innovative startups. Nema is also a Vistage speaker, who specializes in the art and science of storytelling. Nema enjoys poker, is a film nerd with an encyclopedic mental database of useless movie quotes, and is a very amateur stand-up comedian, having performed at the world famous Caroline’s on Broadway.
Tony Wagner is the Vice President at Precision Sales Consulting, a licensed Sandler Training Company dedicated to helping individuals and companies drive revenue. In his role, Tony uses his 9+ years of experience to help individuals, small, medium, and large businesses achieve and repeat controlled sales results. Prior to his time at Precision Sales Consulting, Tony amassed thousands of hours of personal sales and business growth experience. In his free time, Tony enjoys family time, reading/learning, and boxing!
Brad McDonald, trainer and coach at Precision Sales Consulting, is certified to coach, train and speak for Sandler Training and Extended Disc of North America. He is an established contributor to Business Journals and Magazines nationally and is the author of THE ART AND SKILL OF SALES PSYCHOLOGY, a Sandler book.
As a trainer and speaker, Brad engages his audience, through interchange and participation, delivering strategies and tactics that are relevant and can be put to use immediately. His presentations and training programs can be customized for your organization or industry. Brad combines his 20 years of sales and training experience with his leadership experiences from his Navy career as a submarine officer which included several years as Commanding Officer of an attack submarine.
Brad’s training experience covers hundreds of companies, from very small family-owned businesses to large national corporations across multiple industries.
Sandler Training recognized Brad’s years of skill and expertise by inviting him to join the ranks of an elite team of trainers serving Sandler’s corporate clients. Today, Brad delivers training as part of the team at Precision Sales Consulting, a Sandler office in Fairfax, Virginia.
Steve Mytinger is Vice President of Business Development and leads the fractional sales leadership practice at Precision Sales Consulting, a licensed Sandler training company. Steve is a former B2B revenue leader with 20+ years of experience in VP and Director roles for market leading SaaS companies, and throughout his career has installed several different sales methodologies, built many high-performing teams while coaching hundreds of sellers to close $250mm+, led through transformational change at three organizations and learned along the way that a sound, repeatable process is what drives sustained success – in sales and in life. Steve approaches his work from a People > Process > Performance perspective that informs his consulting mindset today: Develop the right People, ingrain a repeatable Process that drives the right selling behavior, and over time consistently high Performance is the result. On the personal front, Steve constantly hones his negotiating skills going head-to-head with his teen daughter (always start early on the curfew!), speaks to his mischievous Labrador like said dog is a person who will surely respond one day, and often wonders how he got so damn lucky to have met his badass wife.
